Scott Damgaard and The Bubbs

Opening the show is Scott Damgaard and The Bubbs. The Band formed organically around introductions from friends who thought they would work well together, and they were right. More of a small combo than a full rock band, Scott and the Bubbs have a unique sound with lots of high energy, articulate vocals and harmonies singing over minimalist guitar, bass, drums and hand percussion. The band draws most of its material from Scott Damgaard’s seven solo albums, but they like to work up new arrangements, and they are adding new songs as they go.
